SMS student, Arabella Piccolomini, is the Region 2 Winner in a new sticker contest sponsored by West Virginia. There are 4 Regional Winners, and now the public can vote through Friday, February 27th at 4:30pm for the state winner. Only one vote allowed per email. Arabella's sticker is a blue WV state with the capitol drawn on it.
